This hospital is excellent, its spotless, the staff right from the receptionist on arrival to the housekeepers, the catering team to the nurses are so caring and kind and listen to your needs. I was able to have my surgery completed the BMI The Park Hospital as I have private medical insurance through my employer. What a great experience of medical care - all the staff were friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. The facilities were great, very comfortable rooms which were spotless and had everything you needed. The whole process of going private has been a great experience (as far as needing surgery goes!) and I would definately recommend BMI The Park to others requiring medical care.

I have been looked after by Mr Peter James for over 10 years. Initially with a knee problem that he diagnosed and fixed on my first visit to see him, this was after numerous visits and xrays at the QMC where the GP stated nothing wrong, resultant pain killer prescriptions were to no avail. I decided to research the best consultant in orthopaedics in the midlands. I decided on five, l allocated points for each one and Mr Peter James came out on top. I booked another GP appointment and tlod him a must be referred to a specialist consultant and l suggested Mr Peter James, he agreed as he did know of him! Exclamation mark is why was l not recomemded for a specialist consultation! I had a referral letter produced by the GP, l contacted Mr Peter James secretary on a Wednesday and an appointment was made for a consultation the following Monday which was revised to an earlier date being Saturday which suited me very well. Mr Jame quickly determing the problem with my knee and gave me a Cortizone plus injection. Within 10 minutes l could walk without any pain. I walked out and crossed the car park to my sons car who was also amazed l could walk. Not one problem with this kneesince. 10 yearson l have after a 3 year delay (my delay) had full HIP replacement surgery. From the date of my decision to go ahead l cannot fault in any way the care and organisational considerations of Mr Peter James and his team at the BMI The Park Hospital. My surgery was carried out in a well organised and very caring environment. I have since made a return Physiotherapy visit, again excellent care and encouragment on 02nd November 2018. After surgery pain has been absolutely minimal which l feel is because of the care given. I would encourage anyone that is in pain with an arthritic condition to get on with it, already l feel a new life is starting, even at 77 years. Thank you Mr James and your great team.

I felt a little dismissed by the consultant who spent a total of 7 minutes talking to me only to refer me back to my GP. I received a better consultation at the City Hospital than I did at this so called private hospital. I got the feeling that the consultant was a little put off at having to deal with a 'NHS' patient. Also, receptionist was extremely loud so everyone heard my personal details. Apart from that the place was clean so I give them five stars for cleanliness.

Everything was excellent I was very nervous was put at my ease by each member of staff including the catering ladies. Toiletries etc were provided excellent food and someone on hand whenever you needed. Excellent.

I would highly recommend the BMI Park Hospital, as I personally cannot fault the care and efficiency I received at all. From the initial appointment with the consultant through to my surgery and aftercare, I was treated with the utmost respect and care by everyone from the receptionists to the physiotherapists, and at all times I was made to feel that my care mattered. At all times procedures were fully explained to me and I was constantly reassured, which was fantastic, because it meant I could have confidence in what was happening to me. The efficiency and standard of care I have received is a glowing testimony to a brilliantly run hospital, and I would have no hesitation in opting for BMI Park Hospital again. I would like to say how truly thankful I am to my consultant Mr. Vikram Desai and all the staff for the help you have given me.

The whole experience from seeing the Consultant, to pre-surgery and the operation was faultless. The care was impeccable, as are the staff and hospital. The care I have received from Physio has been first class and has undoubtedly aided my recovery. Well done to The Park Hospital.

I was greeted at the hospital in a friendly and professional manner. The receptionist and nurses made me feel welcome. Post operation the nurses ensured l was comfortable and checked me on several occasions before allowing me home late in the day. I would suggest to anyone having an operation please listen to the details give to ensure a successful recovery because l can vouch that it works. Thank you to the staff at the hospital you made my visit not a trauma but pleasurable. Thank you
